⬭ I will not be held liable for any damages on the item caused by international and local shipment/delivery process. If damages was caused by the poor packaging of the item I will refund 35% of the total item price only if you have submitted an unpacking video (unedited). However, I do not guarantee that my packaging will be poor thus, I always make sure to secure the items before shipping!

⬭ Always make sure that you are a responsible buyer before claiming the item; pay on or before the given deadline of payment, failure to send your payment on the given time late penalty fee/s will be applied 35 pesos per day (extendable only for 5 consecutive days). Late penalty fees is applicable also for pending balances, downpayments and cancellation fees.

⬭ STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS!
If you wish to fully cancel your order you must pay for the cancellation fee/s which is 100 pesos per item(this should be paid upon requesting)! Cancellation should be requested days before the DOP. If you fail to follow this term even after receiving reminders, you are allowing me to post and label you as a bogus buyer. Note that cancellation is not applicable for fully paid orders.

⬭ Payment form submission should be done as this will be my only basis to confirm payments. Always follow the given format!

⬭ The seller and the buyer's personal information should remain private in between, before and after our transaction to avoid inconveniences on both ends.

⬭ You cannot ask me nor request for me to refund your paid pending order/unfulfilled order unless there are problems on the group order.

⬭ Packing fees will be charged together with the shipping fees. I will inform you the total including both amounts.
